begin in January!! Scuplt and Glide - Interval Training
A dynamic workout combining cardio, strength, flexibility and
stability into one workout. Intervals include segments of
cardiovascula work (step and/or low impact) with segments of gliding
utilizing discs to sculpt and condition.
When: Wednesdays 6:00 - 7:00pm and Saturdays 9:00 - 10:00am |

muscle conditioning.

Learn to ride and feel like a champion!
Experience an array of hills, drills and intervals to strengthen,

On the Ball

Improve flexibility, strength, coordination and balance while

Pilates

Matwork for all levels. The Pilates technique focuses on strength
& stabilization of core muscles of the body to improve posture,

breathing techniques.

YWORKS Fitness Center:
Personal attention is yours at YWORKS. Our professional,
caring staff will provide you with personal fitness evaluations, basic
nutrition information, goal planning and programs designed just for
you. The YWORKS Fitness Center is reserved for women only and include
a free weight room, cardio-room, massage room and sauna. NOTE:
Personal Fitness Assessments are required for all new members
prior to their first workout. Contact YWORKS Fitness Center at 845-2631

Healthy Solutions for Healthy Lifestyles:
A 12 week Nutrition and Weight Management
Program meeting individually with nutrition/exercise coach Carol Myers
for guidance in establishing better eating and exercise habits.
Fee: $60.00 for 12 weekly sessions
$120.00 for 12 weekly
sessions and unlimited use of fitness center
(YWCA membership required)
Body Comp Testing:
Measure your current percentage of body fat,
lean body mass, basal metabolic weight & total body fluid. Recommendations
are provided to help achieve your fitness goals. Appointment required.
Lunchtime Express:
1/2 hour fitness classes Monday
through Friday (see fitness grid for classes offered during this time.)
